Please contact the Business Division at (408) 299-5400 and request to have an account created and opened for you. You may be required to come to the Assessor’s Office to receive documentation and account access credentials.

After May 7th, 2025, any new accounts and related Business Property Statement filings will be late no matter the method of contact.
